On 2/22/2022 @ 2.22 p.m. (UTC), Pluto will transit the same exact degree (27.34º) that it entered retrograde in Capricorn on July 4, 1776. Americans will recognizes July 4th as the day the United States declared its
freedom from England by the approval of the Declaration of Independence.
Could the return of Pluto to this same degree, with prominent numerical angel signatures, be an indicator of the future of our Democracy? I say, yes. It is probable, we (America) will begin a new course more suited to the age of Aquarius, and one that provides for the evolution of a democracy that includes all people, for the people, and by the people.

We will be tested, and our progress will depend solely on our faith in humanity and the ability to achieve more than the sum total of events that will have brought us to an epoch reformation. Relief from oppression must now be dealt with.
However, a new identity can be forged, and as transiting Pluto continues its journey, it will soon be conjunct America's progressed Pluto at 29º of Capricorn on December 20, 2023; thereby affirming, endorsing, and putting a seal upon on the new face of a Nation in transition. All of this occurring a mere moment before Pluto supercharges the Age of Aquarius; emboldening people around the globe to fight for equality, liberty and justice for all.
