RECOGNIZING THE POWER WITHIN

I do not remember when I read the initial information that led me down this path of study, however, here is a marvelously simple opportunity to understand the cause and affect of human energy, both our thoughts and actions and how it changes every element of the course our lives will take. I'm talking about the kind of power you consciously observe in a person's presence, but also the kind that radiates even in the still, silent moments of your being. We all emanate energy. Some call it gut instinct, but spirituality and science point to a more realistic observation, the existence of energetic patterns that emerge from every cell of our being.

Waves of energy that are detectable beyond the human eye result in distinct dynamic patterns, even on a cellular level. Moreover, science now offers the superstring theory, that final elements of an atom are superstrings; microscopically tiny continuously vibrating loops of energy. The human body is a vastly intelligent organism, comprised of more cellular elements than there are stars in the galaxy; yet, each piece of the fabric of human existence, with as much history and connection to the galaxy itself. Much like the stars, our mind, and our DNA respond to the energy of the universe, transforming and reordering existence and patterns established in its earliest formation. We, humans, are capable of manifesting great outcomes if we accept responsibility for the flow of energy in our presence. In fact, we now know that neurofeedback conditions the brain into synchrony. So, it is not sufficient to hope the world will change for us with thoughtful effort; it is important to meditate on change and anticipate good results. Every moment we spend in a place of positive thought is a powerful moment of transformation that will bring forth progress. Changing your future, and mind is dependent on our collective ability to reject hate and fear by replacing it with love and compassion. Our lives should be an open love letter to the world. Love has a distinct energy that is richly rewarding and elevates the healing and growth of all living things. Enter the world knowing you have the power to heal yourself and the planet as we struggle to regain the goodness and strength available through our soul. One positive word at a time and one positive deed after another, we will arrive.
