The faces of two men, side by side, look into the horns of two buglers that are trumpeting an alert. Their eyes are big, with wide open pupils. Both men are wearing hats; one is a 1940's American Garrison style military hat, the other appears to be a Russian Ushanka hat.
Further focus reveals a light from the sky (a flash similar to lightning) burning the surface of the earth until it is black. Storms occur, including mini-tornados that appear defined and controlled, the ground is pitch black with black soot winds.
Interpretations:
1. A warning that war is coming, led by two countries, engaged, side-by-side, against a region. There will be the utter destruction of a target; burned to the ground, using weapons of mass destruction.
2. America and Russia are side-by-side in the extremely violent destruction of something. It could be political structures or global structures. This, despite warnings of the consequences.
3. What once was, will be savagely ended. It could nations will join forces against America and Russia. A "scorched earth" political climate could devastate the global balance; destruction will follow.
Large fully dilated pupils indicate knowledge of, purposeful, and intentional actions.
